Okay here is an odd question

    I am hoping that a US Xpress recruiter can answer this for me but anybody else knows I would really appreciate the input.

    Okay so lets say I am fresh out of Trucking School (Community College) with a bran new CDL and I want to run teams with US Xpress, however the person that I want to drive teams with is not a new driver he has at least a year and a half experience driving with another company.

    My question is how should I approach US Xpress or rather how will US Xpress handle a situation like this. Please if you could explain the steps to take or what I would have to do in order to make this happen.

    I would assume step one would be to explain the situation to a recruiter. Then both of y'all apply... if they accept both I would think you then do your training with a us x trainer and when they're about to turn you out solo your friend comes on board... just a matter of patience, communication, timing and a little luck. Good teams are both hard to find and in demand. I'm sure they'll work with you if you work with them.

    You would have to go out with a US Xpress trainer then once you upgrade.... you can team with your partner. He can run solo at US Xpress until your ready to join him.

    Your team mate can get hired on and become a trainer to train you if he wants to do that.
