mileage team bonus

I was told by my recruiter that teams that are hazmat certified can receive a .22 per mile bonus if you drive more than 18k miles in a calendar month.
1. Is this accurate
2. How soon will we (my wife and I will be driving teams) be elligble for this. For example I know after orientation we have to do X number of hours training then we have a reduced mileage pay for 8 weeks. Will we be immediately eligible after training or do we need to wait until we've passed the initial 8 weeks of training?
3. How often and when is each months mileage bonus paid?
4. Any other stipulation s to this bonus?

 

Is it paid lump sum as a separate check or do they include it on your regular paycheck? When is it paid...for example the last Friday of the following month etc....
