When I worked there they definitely had plenty of miles for teams. Solos became nothing more than team assistants, pickup freight and relay to a team. That's when I left.

As far as the rest of the ad, I wouldn't know but it's always posted where I live too.

You have to take the add in chunks. The 44 cpm is true. the 22 cpm bonus might be true but you need to nail them down on what the mileage requirement is to earn it. The newest equipment part is true. The most comfortable equipment could be true IF you get a freightliner, but is definitely NOT true if they give you one of the Petes. Ill quit before I let them give me one of those Petes to train in, just not going to do it, there isn't even enough room to sit up in your bunk.

They are hurting for drivers now. So much so that they just gobbled up one of our affiliates, Arnold, In order to expand the driver base.

I looked into that last summer. It's for the OTR side. Last I heard you have to average 5,000 miles a week. Talk with a recruiter to confirm that. The mileage goal might have gone up. You really have to hustle to get that bonus since OTR means you can be sent short and long runs. It's whatever the needs of the business are.

Not interested in driving for them. I just see their ads all the time. In 2010 when I went to orientation with them, the team rate was 48 cent per mile. I didn't make it through and was told by a couple people it was a good thing. I appreciate the feedback guys.
