Im glad you are enjoying the dedicated thing. For me the predictable is boring. I need to see different things everyday. Now as far as OTR being the less intelligent move. Na, its just to each his own. Picked up today in Cali running to NC to be dropped mon morning. Fed ex to fed ex. no back roads. 2 days will gross me $1047. Its going to be another 2k week for me friend.

Your a trainer & teaming with your student. It's a whole different ballgame.

Yah different ball game, but for an experienced guy thinking about it. The money is there if you want it, just got to put forth the effort.

I agree with you 100%. My trainer showed me his paycheck after teaming with his previous student and he made $3,100. For that kind of money everyone should be a trainer.

Yah. and unfortunately for me most of the decent dedicated accounts don't allow training. but since we got the new pay bump lol I quit worrying about that. making better CPM now anyway.

Do you really see different things every day being OTR, or is it just changing what interstate you run?

When was the last time you ran coast to coast? The scenery varies greatly depending on the state. Yep Most of it I have seen before by now but its better than sitting in the truck and knowing every detail of the trip. Been there done that. Besides I get a challenge every once and a while as an OTR guy. Fixing other peoples "issues" yah it can suck but it can also be very rewarding too.

Some people can handle things better than others. Give it a few more years and you might change your perspective. What was a challenge to me in my first year I don't even think about anymore.
