    They want to expand the driver base. we have a ton of freight not getting covered but they have plateaued on drivers even with raises and such. so they are doing more to pulling more drivers.

    They have pulled that crap all over the country at one time or the other. C/L is not so easy to flag them any more. Some of these carriers get on there and post the same jobs 12-15 times. They are too stupid to realize that just shows how hard up and desperate they are for drivers. They have/had a recruiter named Steve that did that. I posted numerous personnel insulates at him and he final back off on the number of post.

    Why be a driver?

    If it's acceptable to copy/paste ads all over the web from 9-5 and still pull in $40k per year sign me up!!!

    Then I can spend my afternoon playing the pre-release of COD:MW!
