After Training Do You Have To Team Drive

Ask truck duo they know are the resident USXpress drivers. They know what's up at that company.
If I was going to go OTR they would be the company I think I would go with.

 

I believe if you do 215 hours of training then you don't have to do Teaming for 8 weeks.

 

How would you get to "choose" to do the 215 instead? I have orientation on Monday and hoping after all the training that is required is said and done to go to dedicated route here in the Mich area. Do you know If they are still letting you choose to do longer with a trainer if you are going to do dedicated right away?

 

Talk with your recruiter and mention this when you get to orientation.

 

I defiantly will be asking. I already was talking with my recruiter that i defiantly want dedicated. Hopefully they will still be doing that. Especially since I have a very hard time sleeping in a moving vehicle, so really dreading the forced 2 months of team.

Thanks TruckDuo. I will be talking to them. I know that in my area USX pulls dedicated for Kroger, Walmart and some of the Dollar stores. Hoping to get on any dedicated except the dollar stores. Ive seen most of the dock areas and wouldn't even want to try dealing with that.
