One of my ex-students called me the other day saying that any, and all Florida living drivers are being required to team up with another Florida driver, or be laid off/fired. He refuses to team up with anyone, and no longer works for USX. He said that USX is only hiring out of Florida if you are a team operation.

I find this kinda disturbing cause its already hard for Florida drivers to get on with a decent company, and this makes it worse.

Any other Florida based drivers had this problem?

Why do you say that? I have an offer from them as a solo driver.

nasty wrecks like that happen maybe once a season. Drivers go up and down that mountain everyday with zero problems.
