Just wondering what the thoughts are about the maintenance terminals. Has anyone been to the phoenix yard yet and how did it go? How does it compare to the rest.. I will be there often

The Phoenix terminal is about 5 bays shared with another company. Last time I was there they had 2 people working there. There is not much parking. I think there was another lot in the very back. They did have bathrooms and a tv room. it doesnt have fuel. The Flying J down the street on 10 is now a fuel stop. It is not in the fuel book.

I m not going back to the new Atlanta terminal. It is a cluster. I cant believe they bought that itty bitty piece of land. I d rather go on down the road. There fuel pumps arent working yet. You wake up and people are parked in front of you. It is new, but too small. People drop trailers in the middle of the lot because ther are no spaces left. That makes it hard to turn around in the facility.

The Denton terminal is a waste o time as well. There are 4 bays in an industrial park shared with multiple other companies. No lounge or driver facilities. The yard is shared with all the other local businesses so parking is limited at best. The manager there assigns priority to fixing the local the trucks of the handful of local drivers and he will tell you to go down the road to the BP, TA, or a parking lot and wait until he gets bay space open to call you. Oh and BTW, the Safety guy there likes to audit log books of the OTR guys that stop in.
