According to my DAC, Ive been driving for nearly 3 years now..But youre the type that believes everything on the Internet. and goes by that huh?

Im not starving out of my truck and my wife and kids all live in a very nice house now because of this little attitude problem I have... My wife actually says, I need an even bigger attitude...I guess she likes being spoiled

Hmmmm you put one year on your profile buy when called on your "stellar" work history it.magically changes to three years. Hey bubba, that still translates to a job a year. Thats still a crappy work history for an adult. Still shows a job hopper and judging by the way you handle criticism on an internet forum, id say immature as well.

But hey you love it so.much at your new company that you need to come onto an old USA thread and put down a company and the employees of that company. Claim how horrible it is. Get mad and cry then name call when.people give concise counterpoints to your vague negative statements. Then come back with a slightly less vague reason USA sucks and still call names and act like a spoiled brat even when everyone just lets it go. So then you claim.you run illegal (though point out not all the time), run your truck 130mph, and that you alone are saving some mans job by doing so. Lol sorry I had to stop and laugh again. I love laughing, its good for the soul. Anyways, when called on that you come back with the.last frothing at the mouth mad statement. Still, as before, showing an extreme lack of reading comprehension skills. And if the disdain, narcissism, anger, and lack of listening skills you've shown on a forum are an indication of your attitude (and it always is) you must be a barrel of fun in the real world (that was sarcasm by the way)

If you run good for them, Congratulations..USA is doing you right and youre being a company man that you are...
But if youre wanting to bust a guy's chops on his resume' in Job history? Its simply truck Driving..And why is it I make more money now after having to work for some of the most crappiest companies earlier in my career to finally get treated right?
It boils down to insurance, and yes youre going to have a crappy job history early in your trucking career if youre not contracted...Its not because I wanted to job hop...but if it comes to getting paid better and treated better youre absolutely right im going to jump a job if it means Im going to lose everything while staying with them...
I don't make Trucking companies careers, I make my CDL a career.. I study all aspects on how each company runs..and go from there to find the Pot of gold..you guys who stay week by week suffering with one solid company? you need to educate yourself in knowing that there are hundreds or even thousands of companies that will hire you on...no matter what your history says..
But going to a company like USA or swift who recruit every day and post their ads on Craigslist will tell you right there how bad of a company they are...
High Turnover rate, means horrible company...
But go ahead Falcon and name call all you want..Tell me more about how my wife wishes something else was needing to be bigger... You started with vague negative comments telling everyone not to go to USA. Im not ancompany man. I just dont like lies or vague negative comments. You eventually gave somewhat of an explaination. I told.you I appreciated that. You stayed on the attack. Eventually getting to the statement of I should hang myself. Showing how mature you are. In the attitude youve shown here since your first post you expect anyone to believe you did nothing to contribute to your hard times at USA or any other "crappy" company you've worked for? You have consistently turned others words around or flat out made up what they said. Yet you wish us to believe you and your altruistic attitude?

So lets review. I never told you what to do. Only asked for better clarification on what you did to contribute to your horrible time at USA. Youve more than demonstrated what it was. Thans for that. Lol.

I didnt have to attack your charachter. Youve shown it in spades. Its amazing everyone who has posted, even those with no affiliation with USA, has said the same thing. Yet its not you but us with the negative attitude issues?

Simply truck driving? So I should job hop from company to company so I can fit in to truck driving? Or should I elect to work with my situation and try to be an adult? Try to problem solve with out throwing an tantrum or acting like a spoiled child? Now not nowing exactly what happened in your situation other than you claiming a lot of sitting and no.miles I can only come to.my conclusions by the info you give and the attitude you had from the start.

As far as a "company man" goes. As long as im happy with my miles and im treated with respect ill be fine. As far as leaving USA, yes it will happen sooner or later. But unless I mess up and get fired it will be with a 2 week notice and for a better paying job with more.home time. Ive turned down several that approached me. Ive got my eye on one job now. Waiting on an opening there. Pay is better. Home time is better. Insurance is a little better. Etc... so I have no reason to defend usa because I am a "company man". I defend against what you claimed because you put all the blamenon USA and I dont see it. It is never one persons (or companys) fault. Maybe more fault to one side but both partys play a role. The majority of drivers at USA are fine. Could it be better? Heck yes!!. Is it the worst company? Far.from it.

As far as name calling goes? Didnt you callnmenand Jfrog shills and recruitersnfor the company. That we were not even drivers? Just because we rebuked your statement? So dont get on your high horse just yet.

So.we are all.wrong in our assessment of you and your attitude? So you will defend that because you do not seen it? But we cant defend USA when you say what you say? And we arenacting.like communist? I have no issues.with looking for better pay. Good for you. If your losing everything you should change jobs or careers. But you also said you research a company runs. You study them. Ummmm.... but you then admit to job hopping. So whats your research criteria. If you study companies so well how did you wind up at crappy company 2 and 3?
