Also, never had a dui. My tickets were always speeding, blew a few stop signs. Ticketed once for going around the arms of a set of rr tracks. Some driving on a suspended, no insurance, bout 5 accidents lifetime, but none since 1999.

No one here would be able to tell you for sure. The only way to find out is be honest, ask questions and only the company can tell you for sure. But just because one won't doesn't mean others won't. Keep trying and don't give up til the fight is over.

Actually start to finish, 4 years. First two were off and on at one farm seasonal. (hopper and livestock). Second two were two solid years of hauling equipment and livestock on another farm. Both were cash jobs. So, no, I never underwent background checks. Owners of farms were friends of mine. As I said, this will be my first with a long haul carrier

"Hello y'all! I decided on USA TRUCK to finally start driving with a carrier."
". I drove for a farm for cash for two years, but not verifiable." -
While they all seem to have time limits if not hiring restrictions for misdemeanors, felonys and DUI's - - they typically apply a much heavier weight to crimes of Theft, Violence and/or Drugs. I strongly recommend you do a comprehensive background check on yourself and see what comes up. It'll cost you maybe $100 or more but it's well worth it. USA Truck might say either "sorry, we can't hire you" OR say "Oh that shouldn't be a problem."...only to have you show up for orientation and send you home after their "official" investigation. It's a classic scenerio. Save yourself the hassle of the bus ride and 3 days in class, only to have to be sent packing. I guarentee you, if you were to share that history in the interest of honesty and intergrity, manning up to your past and all that...you will not get hired at most major carriers. There are simply too many other prospective drivers waiting to fill seats.

Its hard to say considering you were a repeat offender. I say be honest up front and then get to orientation and see if they send you home. It won't make any difference wether its USA sending you home or another carrier. One christmas I hauled a load of Xboxes and the whole bit probably worth a million dollars. Most truckig companies won't want a driver with theft on their record hauling that kind of load.

Then again if you have your Hazmat endorsement then you passed your TSA like you said so that is a reason to have some hope but then again I can't tell you either way. It sounds like the closest thing you have to theft is the bad check but I don't think that will hurt you.
