Don't wast your time with this company shrill.
He attacks anyone that has anything critical to say about USA Truck.

I posted on here about a USA Truck that pulled the power lines down from a businesses across the street from me and he started accusing me of dong it myself because I didn't have pictures of the truck actually in the process of pulling the lines down (like I have a camera in hand 24/7).

He apparently doesn't think anyone driving a USA Truck could possibly mess up.

Maybe another one who likes the Buds, but can't handle them? It would have been a quiet thread, and I would not have posted the police report etc, had I not been called FOS by that particular genius. No doubt another valuable contributor to both this forum and the industry in general......NOT.
For the company drivers/newbs/etc, here's the deal for us owner operators.
We have ONE truck, not a fleet to choose from. So when that ONE truck gets hit by someone of lesser moral values (trying to keep it semi polite here), it hurts us in many ways. We dont get paid to sit around as a rule, when someone damages our equipment. We get paid to run loads and that's it. We, as a rule, take better care of our equipment, and indeed take pride in how it looks to ourselves and the general public as a whole, which costs time and money, This is to promote ourselves better to the general public so we dont get more idiotic rules forced upon us etc.
When my truck is in Omaha getting fixed and I live in Missouri, where do I go? We dont have terminals all over to crash at etc.
Yes we get fired up when some idiot hits our equipment. This is because of the above reasons, and the FACT that is either laziness or stupidity that cause the accident. If I can go the 22yrs of my driving carreer, hauling mainly oversize loads, without a single accident, anyone can.
So yes, in summary, I would have beat the crap out of both the kid and his idiot trainer last night, given half the chance. Another OO actually tried to get the kid out of the truck bodily, after he called him a liar and claimed he never hit anything! Luckily for me, there were other good drivers around, that called the cops, stopped the wanker from leaving, and so on.

It would be nice if USA gave leftlane some kind of compensation for this, after all it was one of their stupid idiotic alcoholic trainee and poor excuse for a trainer that did this.Companies don't screen drivers nearly well enough and their insurance companies are just as much to blame.Alot of the acidents caused by truckers,is it really mostly due to lack of sleep?

OP should sue USA Trucking for damages, lost wages, down time, etc. Make them pay. Why should they get off Scott free?

Here is the issue with suing etc.
It can easily cost more than what you get, when doing it. Yes it would be nice, but it doesn't work like that in the real world. My downtime will be looked at carefully no doubt, as well as other expenses associated with the repairs etc. I will have to show proof of earnings and so on. Not a problem, but shouldn't be the uphill battle I'm sure it will be. The stuff I haul pays me over $4 a mile, so it is also a toss up of lost revenue vs downtime and free stuff.
May be pleasantly surprised though, time will tell.
