We are a high percentage drop and hook. But I can't put a number on it. We are 99% no touch freight so its very seldom we do any loading/unloading ourselves. Yes, drop and hook means you should be rolling more but if the shippers/recievers haven't loaded your trailers yet, you'll still wait.
I think what you really want to look for is called "line haul" basically taking it from one yard to another. But the trouble with that is it becomes boring doing the same thing over and over. -
Ozark Motor Lines is 100% no-touch freight, no NYC, no Canada and hires new CDL grads.

Schneider teams do allot of drop and hook. USA has some drop and hook. But I have had to wait long hours to be loaded. It may be no touch. But you will still wait to be loaded. I have teamed with Schneider. That truck never stops. Except for fuel, showers and food. Usually all in one stop. Also if the truck breaks down and it takes to long top repair it. They will get that team another truck super fast.

I'd say that USA is half and half. Sometimes I DandH and others its live loads and unloads.
