Chicago is a drop yard unless they relocated it from Blue Island and purchased more land. Roanoke was an ok terminal but would have been better suited located in Carlisle Pa. Spartanburg was a bargain to grab at the time that they did buy it. Original it was an CR England terminal/ training facility but the government started raising cane about how companies tested out and issued cdls. All in all it probably was the reason why CR England sold the terminal to USA Truck. Atlanta, Dallas and Carlisle are new to me. Atlanta, Memphis, Dallas, Carlisle, Chicago and Laredo are all in what I consider primary freight lanes meaning that they either have multiple interstates running through them or that they are located in a major city where as it would be stupid not to have a terminal located there. Roanoke, Spartanburg, Van Buren, and Vandaila are all bad choices to locate a terminal the are located in what I would consider Secondary freight lanes. A terminal located on a secondary freight lane are bought to save money and are located on an interstate but are in area where you will constantly have to drag your freight out of route to do drop and hooks.

We actually have a full service terminal in Chicago now and no longer use the Blue Island drop yard or the yard off of Damen Ave in Chicago.
