    Don't count your chickens because a good deal of them are massive under educated #### up's just waiting to happen. This will just be a small short lived victory before they plunge again. Investing in shares in a trucking company these days in this economy is really dicey to say the least. Wonder what the minimum buy in is. I would bet a sure thing like Microsoft shares that can and has been seen to make a killing. Wish I could take out a loan on a sure bet in stocks because money could be doubled or better in no time.

    Conclusion:

    "The market is the best estimator of what a stock is valued at. While KNX may believe their offer is a fair offer based on their analysis, USAT (and the market) believes they will continue to improve and grow, and have valued the company higher. If KNX truly wants to capture USAT, then they will need to raise their offer and not fight to bring the price back down."

    Simply said, even if they are artificially inflated because of knight, they are apt to go higher if knight really wants to succeed.
