    What I dont seem to comprehend is why in the world he wouldnt make it through if the posted height for the underpass clearly states 18'

    Am not yet a driver and I just dont get why he thought he wouldnt make it.

    Now he'll have to pay back for tuition and a new Cascadia + trailer
