I'm very interested in joining USA truck, I've already talk to a recruiter but just want to get more info from drivers and others that already work for USA. Questions are:
    1. what is the home time like, is it really 2 weeks out most times?
    2. What are the main running lanes for USA, I live in NC.
    3. How are the miles and pay?

I drive for them and love it. Hometime is every 2 weeks but you can stay out more. My wife and I are coming home off a six week stretch. They mostly run east coast and south east. I live in Ohio and only saw TX once and IA once. Only saw TX because i was covering a regional run, and IA because I asked to go west. You will get the miles. I do regional right now, but when I did otr, as long as I wasn't in the shop, I'd average 2,800 a week. Think pay for noobs is like .32 cpm

I haven't worked for Usa truck for a few years now, but they got me in the field so I could find something better.

The pay was crap, my truck was always in the shop, and my pay was mediocre at best.

You'll run up and down 95, Chicago, Ohio, Atlanta, perhaps parts of Texas. Usually anything east of 35. Unless they changed their dispatching anyway...

Home time I cannot comment on since they've changed things since I left. I barely got home every two weeks. I stayed out 4weeks and once stayed out almost 3 months (was running west coast, enjoying warm weather and lots of miles). You can't make much money going home every two weeks, but its all up to you on how your paycheck turns out (for the most part)
