Rider policy is 14 or older.. $15 a month insurance fee.

Hazmat is required even though we do not haul much of it. Probably less than 5% of freight is hazmat - no extra pay for hauling it.

I havent met many happy solo drivers at yrcgm. They do the dirty work for the team trucks (so i'm told). I'm a team driver. The driver managers are arrogant rude and dishonest. But the money is good so I live with that.Haha GM's benifits are very good and very affordable. hometime 14/2. Payroll issues are difficult to resolve because you cant get them to call u back when u leave a msg.(they never answer) however when u do finally talk to a human they address your probs. pretty quickly. Payroll personell are also very friendly.

Northeast Regional is 47cpm. Southeast is 40cpm. National is 43cpm. Rider policy is 14 or older and $15/month insurance fee. Hazmat is required even though we do not haul much of it. No extra pay for hauling it. Northeast drivers have APU's.

Unless Celadon (who bought Glenn Moore out) cleaned house, they are a bad company to work for. Even though they made money (cheating drivers) they have no respect for drivers. I worked for them and my check was always short. Advise you to stay clear of Glenn Moore.

I worked for them for a month, and yes you are correct. I loaded loads for teams and then sat. Dispatchers were disprectful and they cared nothing about sittiing you. I did not know many happy drivers there and they hired about 20 people at one time. Maybe there are some happy drivers, but I agree with tinman 100%-stay clear of them.

I mentioned in a few posts here-I worked for them (Gleen Moore) for a month and that was enough. I have a good attitude, safe and work hard, but they had no appreication for me. My check was alomost always short, and I had to load for teams all the time and then sit. They had a large turnover at the time but maybe after being bought by Celadon things will change. I can put up with good and bad, but they just did not seem to care one thing about you out on the road. There were about 20 drivers when I hired-on, but that was years ago. They made there money by paying less per mile the longer the miles you ran. So a 500 mile load pays less than a 1,000 mile load. If you go there, hope things work out but I would advise against it unless the people have changed (dispatch-mangaement).

I never had any issues with Glen Moore, but Glen Moore doesn't exist anymore, so your posts are a little late. I'm not sure why we even still have a DAC thread for Glen Moore. I guess the mods just haven't gotten around to removing it yet.
