    Losing Power Again

This time i've got a massive air leak on a contraption that's mounted jsut below the starter on a Volvo d12.
One electrical connector and two air lines are attached to this unit.
A lot of air pouring out of this device on engine shut down.
    engine break still works.

TA guys did'nt know for sure what it was...

Started about 3 hours ago after fueling.

1st would maintain speed on small hills.
then woud'nt climb strongly on flats with only 20k in the box.

Volvo dealer over phone said it's most likely the Eexhaust Pressure Governor that's leaking air.
it had an exhaust port, but i'm not sure what it means that its exhausting so much air at engine shutdown.

it blows for about 3 minutes solid

the leak is coming from the round device that looks like it has a gasket/seal around it-
