Hi my engine VED D12D 465HP sounds like it misfires, I did compression and balancing test with VCADS and compression test showed all cylinders with around 95% compression but balancing test showed on one injector -60% (negative) ..
Ive changed this injector and it still shows around the same -60%

all other injectors are very close to the level +/- 5-10% just the second cylinder is different.. -60%

Why this injector shows such a big difference or is it normal??

    Thank you for any info

-60% is bad injector. What is the fuel rate? Run fuel consumption check. 1.2-2L/h at idle is normal. Over - bad injectors, low power, lover 1l/h - black smoke, bad fuel milage

    bravoo67 Thanks this.

Fuel consumption is around 1.8 to 2.2 .. most of the times 2.2 so I have to replace this injector again
Could it be bad connection or circuit on injector cables?
There are no faults on the dashboard

Could it be bad connection or short circuit to the ground somewhere on injector cables?

belive me, it is bad injector... to be sure you can swap two injectors....

really, change it, and do not forget to program trim code and zero ballancing values

use TT ore VCADs pro. Use operation Parameter programming. Find EECU (MID 128) and injectors control list. Enter trim code. Save settings.
