HELP!! Need schematic that's on the fuse box cover of 98 Volvo VNL64T!!! Emergency.

I need help. My blinkers or emergency blinkers will not work. pulled in to electrician in Amarillo TX. He changed a blown fuse. Did not fix the problem
He wants to check the wiring, but the FUSE BOX COVER WITH SCHEMATIC is MISSING. he charges $98 an hour. He said it can take a very long time to find the problem without that schematic.
CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME FIND THAT SCHEMATIC..
I would be very very greatfull if anyone can help!!!
I am running a day behind on my car deliveries already..
    Thanks..
    or a WIRING DIAGRAM.

He checked the flasher relay..it's fine..
    Hazards switch is also good..
But hazards and flashers do not work..
    We changed the fuse twice..
All the relays are really really hot though.

Sounds like a short to ground. Have you disconnected the trailer cord and tried them?

How does he know the relay is good if it doesn't have power going to it? It's a fairly simple circuit and usually is the flasher, fuse or switch.

If you just picked up a different trailer unplug the pigtail to make sure the short isn't back there.

$98 an hour he should have the proper tools and knowledge to fix it.

I'll see if I can find a schematic. Forum member Pablo is an ace Volvo mechanic if he is online.

    Yes...
We even connected another good Volvo truck to our trailer and everything works on trailer that way.
Looks like the problem is in the truck.

I would first swap the trailer cord from another truck and try them. If that isn't it then check all the signals and wiring at the signal lights looking for a short to ground. Also take a look in your storage under the bunk for harness stress/damage from your gear.

Its the wiring in the fuse box, a hot relay/fuse is VERY bad sign.

I agree, but in order to find a problem in the wiring within a reasonable amount of time...($$98/hour)
electrician needs a diagram that's on the cover of the fuse panel..
    The cover panel is missing.
He said he can fix it even without it, but it might cost $1,000 to $2000..
With that schematic he can probably fix it in couple of hours..
    That's what i'm looking for...
