FM 2008 D13A starting issue

hi to all,
glad to be here on volvo forum,
i'm from Europe, the truck work well days mybe weeks and unexpected stall and don't start for minute or hours,
when i want to start only relay click's but not starter,
the error is no communication with engine ecu,
i checked wires especially power supply and twisted for communication from cab to ecu,all ok,
i separately twisted pair from ecu and i let only orange/gray from my interface to ecu but no communication,
my question if that is ok when 24v is present on pins EB57,EB60 or must to have 24v on another pin,

i see on another topic when you say that you can repair ecu power supply,
for that i ask if that kind of ecu have only two pins for +24v and that from relay command from vecu when ignition is on,
for me is first ecu truck who don't have permanent +24v and another "+" after ignition,
another strange don't have immobilizer and truck is bought new by the owner and have only 200.000km and no sea approach,
i checked whatever and finally i suspect engine ecu but i want to be sure,

hi,
in my case starter relay have "+" from k02 relay but "-" come from engine ecu so if engine ecu is dead no rotation for starter,
i opened ecu and for my surprise i find bad soldering on one 8pins ic near microprocesor responsable with 3v supply,
shame for volvo,i see on label is made in uk by volvo powertrain in partnership with trw,
end off story, happy owner and me off course,
