it is at the back of the cab, at the end of the traverse that the bags are screwed onto. in other words, if you were to look from the rear towards the front, you will see them right above where the air bags are. black plastic somewhat triangular shaped.

Anyone know where else I can buy cab airbags other than a Volvo dealer? I have tried to cross-reference with no luck. Fleet Pride says they are a Volvo item only. Thanks!

    ive a volvo 2014 VNL 430 with 42" Flat-Roof
Sleeper/Long Hood, and its giving me some headache related with its air bags under its bunk. the driver side air bag keep on inflating and deformed and end up leaking or exploding again and again. ive changed it and found a crack in the bunk adjustment clamp, replaced that too.... but the problem somewhat getting swear... now i can see the whole bunk moved to the passenger side and the air bags arent remaining in shape. ive shown to one or two average mechanics but they also couldn't find something big. i am posting the pics here... plz suggest something.. ill take it to body shop volvo.... but that certainly means parking there 2-3 days which i cannot afford.

Atwal, Your torsion bar is also shot.

Most likely you need new front cab mounts $190ea.

I just went through this process with CTP Carlisle PA Volvo, they were great....very fast to fix.

Yep, the front mounts are more than likely shot. It's not as big of a deal as it looks to replace them. You can come by my place, M&K in Alsip, IL and we'll get you in today. No sitting for 3 days.

It looks like someone's been jacking up the cab thinking the cab back wall lip is the jacking location. If you place a steel plate under the crossmember that runs across the cab floor and place the jack under the steel plate, you will avoid damaging it any further.
