    I have a 2005 VN with D12 engine. The fuse in the F80 postion keeps blowing. Replaced it with a c/brk continually shorting out. Decal on fuse panel door indicates the following " EMS B/Deaeration SW " What is it,where is it and what is it's function. Thanks
