Look at the harness that runs on the driver side of the engine it goes on top of the fuel pump and it should come right to the solenoid u have some short on that harnes or maybe a half broken wire that's making all the issues also it might be an ECM issue as well I've had that happen numerous time before I've spent hours and hours tracing wiring and the ECM had an internal problem check to see what kind of power you're getting at the solenoid u should begetti g over 12 v for the an to stop running u have a wiring issue or ECM for sure from the codes it's not a sensor turning it o.

Technician at the dealer checked all of it. I was standing next to him, i saw all of it what he was doing. There is no broken wire, all responsible for the fan is the correct voltage. Thanks for help. I had broken wire before but the fan went on and worked all the time till i fixed. Now i have those simptoms only in warm weather and only when i press the throttle pedal. Throttle pedal released, fan turns off

Finally problem solved Updated ECM calibration to latest calibration (AB10351.23)
