Does anyone know of a good Volvo shop or tech that does side work in the Indianapolis area? The Andy Mohr Truck Center is useless, rude and very shady. The techs are nice, seem honest, and will listen and explain things to you. However, the service writers are very rude, dismissive and always trying to rip you off. Every time I've called or stopped by for a quote I've been told double or even triple what other Volvo shops charge. Sure would be nice to have a shop I can trust to do work while I'm at home instead of doing repairs on the road.

It's tough to find a good shop for one it is even harder to find a good shop that works on volvo engines I know for a fact even around Chicago that's a big area it's still extremely hard to find shop people just don't do work like its supposed to be done or try to do things the right way

the reason is because volvo's are so dependable. These shops never have enough work , so when you come in - they need to make their month off your wallet. /snark

Pretty much what I expected.

After our last experience there I would tow our 780 to Dayton shop and have Heath there work on it before I would ever go back there again. Too many problems there to even list. Sorry it is your home shop.
