Volvo euro5 downgrade

Hello all..
Somebody know what mean and what to do for volvo version 2 EURO 5 downgrade to EURO 3 standard?
cause we dont need Euro 5 in our country and what is the difference for Euro3 and 5 ..?

what is mean chinese DEF emulator?? in my country, we dont have the adblue, and only can buy new truck like volvo, scania, MB actros, UD nissan, Hino with euro 3 standard.
That why we need do downgrade to EURO 3 .

izzit the both Euro5 and Euro 3 diesel injector same ??
