You might want to check the wiring harness that has a twist lock connection near the firewall..thats where it is on my 06 volvo with volvo engine...all that rain may have made it past the seal on that connection..also check where the harness plugs to engine ecm.

IMO, wires 400-401 - Datalink twist pair is damaged somewhre on frame. Weak points are MCFC connector (cab-chassis), wires in right frame rail running to TCU, ABS/ESP and to TMPS.

Inspect wiring for damage, connectors for corrosion.

Whats chances any of ECU being fried or bad?
Also now at idle or low speed less than 20mph mph rpm both temp gauges oil pressure gauges are going from 0 to normal

You said your truck ran fine ,but has moments of problems..sounds more like a shorted connection more than a fried ecm..you probably wouldnt be moving at all with a fried ecm..in my opinion...Always start with the cheapest and easiest fix first.:biggrin_255:

Well since i couldnt find anything by my self i took it to volvo service and 5 hours later they said it was fixed like broken wire under dashboard. One sping around shop and all ecu lights show up again. So $545 went to drain

ouh, additional problem. Look at coolant reservour, there is one sensor there. Wires run to EECU. looks like damaged wiring.
