CK. rear cab cross bar+cab shocks bad ones can feel like sway in FT. end.
-
I didn't have volvo but on my pete they put that thing shaped like a u that attaches to truck frame in front shop said my front end was loose that attaches to frame where the steers are. Like u i had front end alignment before shop found my actual problem it took them couple tries to find it. Check all joints that attaches to yo frame my truck would sway going down hills real bad down sides of mountains

Also check bushings in your torque bars over both drive axles. When they start to go bad you will get some sway in the front end. Usually the tech doing your alignment will check these first, but they are only human so......ya check those.

Hey...thanks for all replies .I will look at all those ideas.

Air ride front end? Leveling valve/rod?

I have an 2006 670 could not believe how much better or lack of sway after replacing the cab shocks. also have air ride front axle truck rides nice but not fun in heavy cross winds.
-
Thanks...would that affect the way it steers?Because it feels like I have to correct the steering and like I posted we have had 3 axle alignment done 3 times and the 3rd one did help some but it still needs more correction than it should.

No air ride front end.We did replace the steer axle springs and hangers?

Thanks...but it needs more correction when steering than it should.Would cab shocks make it steer like that?
