Possible shift solenoid on passenger side rear of tranny has failed or your air pressure isn't getting over 60psi ?

check the speed sensor and acc pedal sensor plugs spray ratpiss in them and tug/shake the wires and see how you go does it limit engine rpm or not

Anyone check to see if the screws from the tranny to the engine housing are backing out I think it's 6 or 12 of them. I think it maybe call bell housing

Had the same issue couple years ago, ended up with $35 speed sensor on top a driver side closer to the back of tranny

Theres several things that "could cause it". Speed sensor bad or air pressure too low, tranny ecm, shift solenoid bad,low fluid level, cracked gear missing some teeth.May have to "Farm it out"...Unless you are handy on transmissions.JMO
