Turbo gage fluctuating with the rpm? Getting hard to start? Last time mine did what you're describing
the injector cups were leaking. Has the Volvo dealer actually taken a ride in the truck, or are they being
lazy and just looking for codes?

Makes me want to become attorney who specializes in shoddy workmanship by dealers. Out 7
Grand and the problem still not fixed, unreal!!! What's the name of the dealer? Where are you located? Why come back 3 times and pay again and again?

Best choice I made when it comes to repairs of my personal vehicle and semi is to find alternative shops who stand behind their work.

I had fluctuations in rpm and kind of turbo lag on my D13 caused by boost and differential pressure sensors clogged with carbon . I would try this first before waste more $$. This 3 sensors are located on Venturi tube vulnerable to dirty gases recycled by EGR.
