Volvo 670 2007 bunk blower

Hi, I know this is a old post but I have a 2005 vnl780 that is having the same issue. Wow I am beat up, sooooooo tired of searching for issue. I popped off the drvs side door sill thing and under the rubber and plastic there was wired but didn't see any burnt. Can you give me more detail. The 3 wires that come out of blower I tested 1+ and ground was no ground so I grounded it still nothing ( I'm going crazy! Btw fuses good rear panel good blower good too thanks

 

I've got a 2013 and the bunk heater doesnt work. The air conditioner works and cools but the heater doesn't blow any heat,just cold air. Is there a fuse for the burner pump or what? It gets cold at night. Please I need help
