push button gear shifter does not power up

I Have a 2007 Volvo VLN 360 with VED12 465HP with and auto shift 10 speed transmission,went the next day to crank it when i turned the key to crank it the dash will black out and does nothen and the gear shifter does not power up. Replaced the batteries and cleaned battery cables and tighten all cables and grounds can someone please help!
