brake ecu failure

    hi all
    i have 2003 fm12 with 420hp just replaced rear ecu modulator because had an air leak now dash says brake ecu failure when going into diagnos it says it isnt communicating so put old 1 back in and is saying the same and i have no rear brakes could some one help me please
