    My light inside the truck the ones for the heater controls and engine brake turn off after about 10 mins of having them on. All fuses are OK does it have a relay?

    If I try to turn the lights on and off they still don't work until I turn the truck of and on they come back on

    Will sound like your Volvo is hitting the battery limitations. Once it gets to 11.9 volts the battery protection system kicks in, so you can start to try the next day
    sounds like you have some week battery's or all the posts on the battery terminals need to be clean and also on the one on the starter and ground on the frame.

    check for loose connections at the batteries..also look for corrosion...also make sure the panel in your bunk is off..your bunk heater may be running & you dont know it

    13.9 for the batteries seems a little bit high(I could be wrong though). If the truck is running and you check the gauge on the dash it will give you the reading of what the alternator is putting out. To get the correct reading on the batteries turn the engine off then check them.
