Best left to a professional. Get a load of cash say like 5 grand and you'll need everything from the flywheel back. The shaft will have to be cut and balanced too. But before you do anything a calculation must be done on the rears. D12 is gonna have a time pulling 2.07's thu an 18 speed . You'll need a pilots license too, this thing is gonna fly.

What's wrong with your tranny? I drove your package and loved it.! Great mpg's, plenty of pull and a more relaxed ride . This just something you want to do?

i got quoted 25k Aus, drive in drive out with an eaton box..

i have done my calculation, with my rear diff ratio 3.4 running 18sp eaton, my rev will be sitting at 13 doing 100kph (62mph) which would sit much lower then the volvo vt2514b box i have..

im not a Diesel mechanic but i am a motor mechanic and an auto elect by trade.. i have change clutches before on volvo's and kenworth a few bits pieces here and there.. the only thing i havnt touch on these trucks are rebuilding the motor, gear box n diff.. which i wanna learn.. im learning as i go along and try find as much information as i can and do them myself to save the bog bucks..

the problem with my gear box i have post on here..
