Whew, talk about putting ten pounds of poop into a 5 pound bag. That is going to be tight, it may take some engineering.

May have to install a smaller fuel tank on one side.

I have a 780 also with 125 gal tanks, full fairings. When I was considering buying an APU I was going to mount it under the passenger door. All my truck has there are chain racks which could be easily removed, plenty of room for an APU. The 670 may have that side's fuel tank mounted too far forward to do that however, plus you mentioned that air tank... I would try to have it mounted on or just forward of the catwalk, as close to the rear panel of the sleeper as you can. I've seen several rigs set up like that. Good luck:biggrin_25525:

On my 04' 670 with 125 gal tanks my TK is mounted in front on fuel tank on passenger side. Side note: I bought my APU after I got the truck. When I did my research the ringmaster was rated ....POOP!!!

I saw a 670 with an APU mounted on the back deck. Not sure if that helps, but It could be an option if it doesnt fit under the fairings.

I have an 06 670 and my rig master is mounted just in front of the passenger side fuel tank. Look at any Koch Trucking Volvo's,that is where they mounted all their rig masters.

I have a ? for u guys with Volvos and apu's. my company has carriers on Volvo's with full fairings, they are mounted in front of fuel tank on driver side. anyone ever worry about exhaust fumes entering the sleeper the exhaust pipe is ran to edge of fairing and pointed down I am just curious as most tractors I see them mounted just in front of quarter fender with exhaust pointed towards drive tires. my company says that on Volvos this is the only way to mount them (in front of fuel tanks) if there is no breeze I would think the exhaust from apu can go under sleeper and possible seep in thru small gaps and cracks and what not or possible the side storage bin doors under the bunk.
