oil sample ved 12

I have a Volvo with a v12 in it took it to speedco witch I never do and got my first oil sample done it has 875K on it.
it says my chromium is 50 and says ring wear indicated all other # are great. is this a major concern? uses maybe 1/2 gallon of oil in 15K don't blow any smoke.
can it be a bad reading the lady that did it says sometimes they see numbers that are just off the chart and got the feeling she knew nothing about a engine or the machine.
any advice would be good

I usually run I95 to florida and back to nyc however this last week I could not get my dedicated run from florida so I ran to just outside Atlanta to pickup a load of bubba burgers gross 78K truck ran fine maybe down a little on power but hard to say I usually run really light out of florida. Running the hills in nc. and va. my truck used what I would say 1/2 to 1gal. of oil on the 2400 mile round trip did not fill it was only halfway down the stick still in the ok range. still not smoking or smoke out of breather however I noticed some dripping of oil out of breather. took to Volvo because of the oil test they let it run for 2hrs and said there was a small amount of oil dripping from breather (30 or 40 spots) they want to run another test do not know which one. my question to people not seeing dollar signs is how concerned should I be with this was going to do sample at 5K but not there yet I Know there is a overhaul in my future but do you feel I can run it till around September or early October before I need to do It? would be a lot easier on me could save the rest of what I need or do you think that is pushing it. I am using answers as a guide for me not something for me to live by. thanks for any input
