fuel injector issue

    I have Volvo 04 with Volvo 465, this morning the injector #5 stop working and dash computer said is electrical fail, does mean electrical wire problem or is a mechanical problem of injector?
    Thanks for any idea.

    Could be terminals spreading on the injector. If it has the plug in style (d12d) they released an update with stronger grip on the terminals. If it is an older d12 it has screw on terminals, those crack sometimes or the wires pull out.

    I fixed, I removed the cap valves, disconnect the injector's plug, clean up with brake clean, reconnect and that set.

    You really should replace the terminals. It's going to keep happening.
