Hello I've been hearing lots about Volvo and how nice they are and how much room there is and especially how smooth they ride down the road. I was wondering if any one has had any major problems with the cummins isx moter looking for 2010 and newer. Any input would be great thanks. Currently I am driving a 2007 international 9400i eagle with the cummins isx

2010 and up have smart torque or something like that, heard a lot of good stories about it specially for fuel economy and up the hill handling

Cummins has the same problems as the Volvo engine, in fact same as all the engine manufacturers, EGR and EGR coolers.

We bought two new trucks last year. Both with ISX engines in them and they have been nothing but a NIGHTMARE!
One truck broke down on it's very first trip and was down for a week and we have already had a total engine rebuild on another even though we keep them well maintained. We have lost well over a hundred grand in business over the past year and have lost credibility with some of our clients.
We are a small business (not a big corporation) with an A+ rated with the BBB. The Cummins ISX is nothing but junk and could put you out of business. Cummins will be added to the Maxxforce lawsuits. (This is my VERY SHORT condensed version).
