From 2 years i have problem with my truck. Spend thousands of thousand dollars and so many hours in Volvo dealers and others garages. Truck don't have full acceleration, poor fuel consumption lack of power. I change so many thing all sensors, fuel pump, injectors harness, acceleration pedal, fuel line fittings, injectors.
After this time i'm sure I don't have enough fuel in moment of acceleration because is no any smoke, my turbo temp is max ~500 deg, fuel pressure is at 1500 rpm 70 psi, turbo pressure easy 35psi. no any fault codes. Maybe someone have idea where to look for solution?

Fuel line. You may have enough pressure but do you have enough volume. Good luck

It has been mention a couple times here, replace the boost map sensor that sits on top the Intake manifold on the driver-side. Needs to be replace every 400k to 500k when it goes bad, so dose your fuel milage. For some drivers
