I recently got an oil leak on my 04 D12...driver side of motor maybe half way point appears to screw into side of motor and has a spiral tubing over wire that goes to it. Gotta be some kind of sensor. Any ideas? No other oil leaks...

Is it at the top back of the head?
-
No more towards front on drivers side goes in engine...maybe an oil sensor or something would be my guess...
-
CK. if sensor is tight,Have it removed and put a new washer under sensor
-
Gotcha..I was just trying to verify 100% what it was.
-
Moneymike, can you upload a pic?

These is two sensors u have over there top one is oil psi sensor bottom is crankcase psi sensor at the end of alternator almost in front of the box is that the sensors ure talking about
-
I think you just hit it in the head nasriza. Thanks a lot buddy.

Probably ure oil psi sensor is leaking u have to remove the crankcase psi to get to it should 1 1/4 if still original if no 1 1/16 make sure u don't spin the plug to much because you're going to break the wires inside A lot of mechanics make this mistake and then it's a ##### to fix
