Anybody try to put 32/64GB stick there?
    Maybe 128?

I currently use 8GB, it works. But..... if you want to listen audiobook your files will be played in unsorted order.
no, it cannot sort it automatically by filename, very stupid radio.
I recommend to use of Far Manager(like old norton commander if somebody remember 80-90's) to copy files to USB drive.

I suppose it not support exFAT and NTFS, only FAT32 :(

if you used windows 8. that's a totally different file system.

in the FL. i use the aux jack from radio to phone. in my car, i use bluetooth.

why should i pack around a flash drive when my hold is just as capable of storing the same information.

but i don't have a HUGE library per say. and need to have a ton of stuff sorted out.

Windows 8 or 7 or vista or xp or even Mac or linux can use fat32, exfat or NTFS file system. Depends how flash drive is formatted. Radio will accept I think only fat32... I think.

Flash drive most convenient storage, you don't need extra wires for aux, you can operate it from steering wheel or from sleepers. Bluetouth audio not supported. Even if you have bluetouth radio it does not support A2DT profile. Some programs for rooted android phones can transfer audio via phone bluetouth profile but with bad audio quality.

I have lots of audiobooks, hundreds of gigabytes. So easiest way to listen it - flash drive.

Also fat32 has a 32GB max partition limitation. But as alex6999 says, just about anything can read fat32.

No, fat32 max 2tb. But its new revision may be not supported by dumb radio. 32gb flash only $9 and 64 $20

If you can find the manual for the radio it may be in there.

All the manual says is "The radio is designed to work with USBdevices formatted with the USB MassStorage Device Class standard. Other USBdevices may still work with the radio though. If a USB device doesn’t work properly, tryreconnecting the device which may solve theproblem in some cases." Sounds like FAT or FAT32 to me from reviewing the standard.

    LOL
Don't know then guess you can try to contact the company that made the radio>?

I have a FL Cascadia, and it seems to be picky on what USB Key I use as well.
Using a 2gig stick for now. It didn't like my 8gig stick.
