    Well i got new code on 04 Volvo 670 with 475 ISX 13 speed. It stays active for a few seconds and than goes inactive

    MID128 PID27 FMI13
    It says out of calibration

    I found it can be EGR, Turbo actuator or VGR
    Looks like its running rough when code is there but fine after code is inactive
    What could be this time

    MID128 PID27 FMI13 translates to cummins code# 2348. That code is EGR valve position circuit - out of calibration. which means the EGR valve is failing the self calibration that it does every time the key is turned on and that you have either a faulty EGR valve position sensor or sticking EGR valve.

    I understand its code for position sensor. But this only happens while im driving. Never when i turn key on/starting engine!

    Try to unplug the motor for egr valve and test drive it to see for sure it is the valve. It will give you a code for unplugged egr valve but this way you can see if it is egr vslve for sure if it stops doing what it has been.
