does anyone know what the torque specs are for the rocker assembly and inj hold down bolts?? i've got to pull my injectors to check them and the cups. had it on the computer and there were no injector codes so it has to be a bad tip or clogged if it is an injector problem. i have a really bad shake around 1200 rpm in a pull, missfire(rough idle) and my fuel mileage has dropped drastically. also, what should the fuel pressure be at idle and during a pull?? Thanks

Idle fuel psi should be 40 to 50 high idle around 70. Do u have excessive pressure I. Cooling system or coolant in water separator. Bolt torque injector 20 ft lb plus 60 degree rocker assembly 25 ft lb plus 120 degree check rocker assembly for proper 25 ft lb torque three times from middle out front to back and back to front then tight 120 degree let me know if u have any other questions

    Helowrenchturn2 Thanks this.

Coolant system is fine. I'll check the coolant in the water separator again but I don't remember seeing any in it. Accessory drive is tight, no movement. Do you know where I can get a cup puller if I need it??

Doesn't sound like cups do u have any fault codes coming up on the dash. If u need a cup puller everything is from volvo besides this u also need an installer cuz once this cups come out they r destroyed and can't go back in i don't think it's worth to buy all tools just for one set of cups because after everything is installed u need to adjustvalves aand for exhaust u need shims or spacers that only volvo has. Let's go first thing first how is youre fuel pressure and do u have any codes in the dash at all if yes what r they also the other thing when u let the truxk sit over night does it start right up or does it take a while. Although cups on every volvo go bad at least one lie in the engines life u got to be #### sure that the issue otherwise u throw around 1k out the Window to get them done by shop more ig u buy tool cuz that #### is expensive so let me know those two things first and I'll help u diagnose the problem i deal with d12 everyday so it should be that hard

I haven't checked fuel pressure yet. Not going to work on it until Friday. But I can tell you there are no codes, good boost (32 psi), starts every time on 2nd or 3rd crank. No bubbles in water separator. All I really know right now is my mpg has dropped from 7 to 4.5, it doesn't have much power to accelerate, idles really rough and shakes very bad when pulling a hill then gets worse at around 1300 rpm. No coolant loss. Epg working correctly. No smoke. It does have a bad oil leak at injector harness at rear of head but I've pulled, cleaned and checked it for rubbing and seems ok. Thanks

Well, took it in and on compression test they found 4&6 low. Not sure what the cause is but I guess I'm looking at an inframe
