D12C engine ECU was problem. An electronic component was burnt. Obviously voltages are measured on some pins of ECU but no given signals to the unit injectors. Truck run well now. Thank you guys for your advises.

DC -DC voltage converter? no 90V on flux capacitor?

I am sorry that i do not know what was that actually. ECU consists two PCBs. Component looks like a tube shaped resistor or diode on smaller PCB next to the glass isolator thick copper winding. There were also two big capacitors. So was that DC-DC voltage converter?
