I have a D13 2010 Volvo, with about 700 000 miles on it and it is driving me crazy. I don't know what to do with it anymore! It vibrates, like when you go on a a bad road. This happens when loaded heavy and going uphill. It stops when pulling ooff the gas pedal. It vibrates in almost all of the hills, sometimes, rarely, it doesn't do it. I have taken it to several dealers and checked everything. It is not the leveling rod, no engine mount, no transmission or drive line. It has no codes or checks. I told the mechanic maybe it is the injectors, or the engine brake valve, so he checked the codes in the last 2 years, and found only a fuel sensor which was replaced, but didn't solve the problem. He said if it was the injectors, would give a code. I am thinking, if it was the injectors, would not only throw a code, but would also vibrate all the time, but sometimes it doesn't, even on a hill.
At least six different dealers have seen it the last three weeks, done work on it, thousands of $$$ spent and it still vibrates. What the hell can it be?

Fuel starvation? The pressure maybe getting low under high demand. Are you running the correct volvo filters or it will fit filters. Check fuel pump. Could have a restriction in a fuel line.
-
I change filters at speedco. Fuel pump was next on my list. Can it be something electrical, maybe in the fuel pump, something that goes on and off?
-
u joint, u joint and u joint. I han same thing on mine last week I hit the gas and its started vibrating and when let off gas its stops. the finely broke the u joint on drive line between rear exles. what hapans is when u joint wear out you hit gas going up hill they become off centre off balance when let go gas they go back to where they are soposed to be.

I can't open the picture. Can you message or try to post it again?

Possible injectors and cups 08 to 11 they're nightmares for it just matter of when it happens sometimes they put compression in fuel and it turns out to be same like u got air in you're fuel system also check leveling valve and truck ride height

Because of that I would just replace them all.
Some times dropping the shafts and flexing each joint you might be able to find the bad one.
How many miles are on them?
I would think if it was a fuel filter/lack of fuel it would lack power not have a vibration. A bad injector would have miss or skip from a cyl not firing like removing a plug wire from a gas motor, also lack power but not vibrate.
