AIR CONDITIONING. (ECC) problem

Help new with Volvo. This is 630 2007 with d12. Recently the ecc stop working probably. It blows high heat. And can't lower the fan speed or temp but the air distribution knob works fine manualy. So if anyone of you had this kind issue let me know how you take care of it please.

CK. fan switch for 12v. at all pos. Replace the ele. fan resistor unplug an remove the 2 screws take it with you to be sure you get the correct one?

I put on a different unit from different truck but the problem still exist blowing hottest with high speed
