winsheild wipers stop in the middle of windsheild.

Open the hood and look under the windshield. With the wipers on make sure the arm isn't getting hung up ok something or bent.

 

If you can reach out and grab it while there running and can stop it you probably need a new motor.

 

It's probably the "intermittent" circuit board in the wiper motor. My pickup did the same thing, as when on high, it seems to bypass the intermittent part. New, or rebuilt motor is in order. Not a big expense, but some motors can be a real pickle to get to.

 

there was a major recall on wipers see if your's was done. Can cause a fire would get it checked out.
