I've got a Volvo VNL 670 2012. My turbo and turbo gauge are turning off and on while I drive. Has anyone had this problem before? I don't have any code on diagnostic and in the Volvo service they cannot fix/find the problem.

I don't get it, a turbo can't turn off, it is exhaust driven. If you motor is running the turbo is spinning. You got any more info?

He is right when turbo's go bad they go bad they don't turn off and then turn on again.
Now when you are saying turbo gauge and turbo turn off while you drive what do you mean?
If you see a boost loss at your turbo gauge do you also feel the loss of power?
If it feels like you are loosing boost and power when you are driving and then the power comes back on it's possible you may have a problem with your turbo waste gate.

I will explain what is happening when I am driving: there is no specific rule, no timing, straight road or uphill. The turbo gauge fall down to zero, I don't hear turbo sound at all and I feel there is no power. After 10-15 secs, the power is slowly coming back, gauge is working normally until the next time.

Most likely is bad wiring boost sensors.

My turbo uses the air pressure, if you are loosing pressure you can also be shutting down the turbo, just like you let up on the accelerator. Don't know where your switch is but mine is behind the oil filler tube, this is a ISX.
