I'd check for a bad fuse first. If that wasn't it I'd look for a loose connection. I bet it's something simple.

Are your hose lines hooked properly.. Are they clogged ?
If none of the above ... follow your hose lines , you'll find the pump -

Pull the small hoses off your wipers, turn on the washer, see if you have pressure to the wiper. If not, check if the lines/nozzle is clogged or frozen. (Cranky has been there, but he's not saying. That's one thing the -25 wiper fluid is good for, not freezing quickly in the lines) If it isn't the wiring corroded, or lines frozen, get down there, ask someone to push the wash button and listen for the pump. Worst case? Pump can't be that expensive. You'll be able to get it going for sure.

I can't tell you where your pump is. Someone here probably can IF you put your truck information up here. My International had the pump inside frame rail under driver door. I think my Freightliner has it inline near firewall. I found them both by following water lines. Does the pump make any noise when trying to use or not. Good Luck.

I thought my pump went out, but it was the plastic Inline Windshield Washer Filter that cracked and split, and when I pressed the Switch for Fluid it never made it to the nozzles on the Wiper Arms. I replaced the Filter and it works just like new. The Filter is located just a little downstream from the Reservoir, hidden between all the Air Lines. The Pump is located next to the bank of Truck Batteries on the Driver's side of your truck.
